County Auditor, Roger Cleckley
The primary responsibility of the Auditor's Office is to assess all personal property within the County including vehicles, boats, campers, aircraft, and business personal property. The Auditor's Office also accepts applications for the Homestead Exemption Program for individuals age sixty-five as of December 31, preceding the tax year. A person legally blind, or 100% disabled also qualifies for the exemption as well. Clerk of Court, Winnifa B. Clark
The Clerk of Court's Office provides administrative support for the 1st Judicial Circuit Court and Family Court. The Clerk of Court is elected Countywide and serves a four-year term. This office maintains dockets of the court, receives and disburses child support fees, fines and costs, maintains court records, and handles reporting requirements. Clerk of Court Office

Sheriff, Leroy Ravenell
Leroy Ravenell won his first run for political office when he was elected the 52nd Sheriff of Orangeburg County on January 25, 2011. He was re-elected for a full term on November 6, 2012. A native and lifelong resident of the Santee community of Orangeburg County, Sheriff Ravenell matriculated through the public schools in Holly Hill, SC, before beginning an extensive career in law enforcement.Orangeburg County Sheriff
